Who is Fservices?

Fservices is a Moroccan SARL supporting doctors, dentists and biologists from design to a turnkey practice or laboratory, including fit-out, equipment selection and installation. It also sells equipment online in three specialist sectors. Company details are available on the Contact and Legal information pages.

Can I buy directly or do I need a quotation?

This depends on the item: it may be offered for sale at a validated price or require a quotation. If no sale price is shown, describe your needs for a proposal. Submitting a request does not place an order.

Are products immediately available?

Availability must be confirmed for each item and quantity. Fservices initially operates without its own stock and sources equipment to order. A catalogue listing does not guarantee immediate availability.

What should I provide for a quotation?

Provide the equipment name or reference, quantities, options or accessories, your city and intended schedule. For fit-outs, include the type of facility and space or compatibility requirements. Do not send personal medical information.

How do I find out delivery times and costs?

La livraison au Maroc coûte 40 DH par commande et devient gratuite lorsque le montant des achats après réduction dépasse 600 DH, hors frais de livraison. À 600 DH exactement, les frais sont de 40 DH. Le délai est confirmé avec la commande ou le devis.

How are prices and payment terms specified?

Le paiement s’effectue à la livraison. Le paiement en ligne n’est pas proposé actuellement. Pour un produit sur devis, le prix et les conditions sont confirmés dans la proposition avant votre accord.

What warranties and return options apply?

Fservices dispose d’un service après-vente. Les machines bénéficient d’une garantie commerciale d’un an à compter de la date d’achat, sans préjudice des garanties légales applicables. How can I prepare a repeat purchase or new request?

Reuse the references, configurations and quantities from your previous quotation or order. The homepage brief saves this information in your browser. Orders saved to your account can be viewed in your customer space.

Do you have a shop or collection point?

Fservices operates online and supports turnkey practice and laboratory projects, without a shop open to the public. Use your space’s form or the Contact page. Do not assume collection or site visits are available.

How do I select laboratory products?

The laboratory shop groups consumables, equipment and analyzers by category. Open a product, choose its configuration and quantity, then add it to your quotation. Prices, availability and current terms are confirmed in the proposal.

Can I already describe a laboratory project?

Yes. The laboratory form accepts equipment needs, possible references, quantities, city and project requirements. Requests are subject to review and do not confirm availability.

Are medical and dental products shown in this shop?

Each shop belongs to its own sector. The laboratory shop does not show medical or dental products. After signing in, your account takes you directly to your chosen space.

Why create a Fservices account?

Your account saves contact details and addresses for future orders. You can also view your orders and rental requests submitted while signed in. Edit your details in My account.

What will I see after creating an account?

Choose a medical, dental, laboratory or individual rental profile when registering. Professionals then see their own space, catalogue and requests; individuals see rental. You can change your profile in account details if the cart is compatible.

How can I buy several products?

For products offered for sale, select options and quantities and add them to the cart. Review the cart, sign in or optionally create an account, then check your details and confirm the order terms. Quotation-only items require a separate request.

Where can I find rental and my personal account?

Rental is accessible from the general homepage and the Rental menu. Choose the Individual — equipment rental profile to save your details and requests. A rental request does not confirm availability or a reservation.

Can Fservices deliver a turnkey practice or laboratory?

Yes. Fservices supports doctors, dentists and biologists from design to delivery of their practice or laboratory, including fit-out, equipment selection and installation. Scope, equipment and schedule are specified in the project proposal.

Can you support a turnkey laboratory project?

Oui. Fservices accompagne le biologiste de la conception aux travaux d’aménagement, puis au choix et à l’installation du matériel de laboratoire. Ce service de projet peut être présenté dans le formulaire laboratoire, en complément des références de la boutique laboratoire.
